Terms & Conditions

All Stalls must be booked and paid for in advance of the day.

Refund policy:

• Cancellation more than 1 month before - full refund
• Cancellation less than 1 month before but more than 1 week before - half refund
• Cancellation less than 1 week before - no refund

All Stalls must be a maximum of 3m deep.

Whilst we will endeavour to honour any booking you make, the Silverton Street Market Committee reserves the right to move stalls if necessary.

Please tell us what you intend to sell or market when you register. Also note that this description will form the basis of your entry on our website. Silverton Street Market reserve the right to change or not use the description as seen fit.
